RETURNS & REFUNDS
All of our designs come with a 1 year warranty as standard and will be repaired or remade if it cannot be repaired (free of charge minus any postage fees).
You are entitled to a full refund at any time up until your order has been confirmed to be in the process of being made, your order cannot be cancelled and no refund can be provided once work begins on creating your item(s). We are strictly not able to offer refunds for any reason as each product is handmade to order and therefore unique to each customer order. Please note that colours may vary slightly from the product images as no two products are identical.
If the item(s) is delivered faulty, you must notify us within 14 days of item(s) being delivered. Once we have received notice from you, we will request you to send the item(s) back to us, and a replacement will be sent out to you. You can email us the postage receipt and we will refund the cost of postage and cover the delivery costs for your replacement.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to:

Please note that since each product is handmade, no two items will be identical therefore we will try to replace your item with the most similar one.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit (A Coupon Code) for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
